I can’t recommend Helen Ranger and her company, Concierge Morocco, highly enough. A colleague and I found her online as we were investigating attending the annual Sacred Music Festival in Fes. The fact that she was a Lonely Planet author was intriguing. From our first correspondence by email it was clear that Helen was knowledgeable, caring and had a great sense of humor. My colleague and I wanted to bring university students for a cultural learning experience. Helen understood what we wanted, made our planning effortless, and kept us on budget. She suggested marvelous activities that provided the students with a very rich experience. The prices for each aspect of the trip were reasonable and fair. She was always quick to communicate, provided all the information we needed and so much more. Our trip was for two weeks, for thirteen students and my colleague and me, and nothing went amiss. During our time in Morocco we continued to correspond and receive her help. And we met Helen at the festival and later for tea. She is a gem. Ten stars for her service.
